Best-effort on U.S. business days. Critical issues (data loss, cannot export, purchase charged without Pro, or a privacy mismatch) same day; other mail within two business days.
What to include
- Device model and iOS version.
- What you expected and what happened.
- Whether you were on the free plan or CoatCard Pro.
Do not send App Store passwords, payment details, or job photos unless you choose to. CoatCard does not interpret paint suitability, color match, or warranty from photos.
Subscriptions and refunds
CoatCard Pro is billed by Apple. Restore purchases from the paywall in the app. Cancel or change the plan in your Apple ID subscriptions. Refund requests go through Apple; we cannot promise a store outcome.
Paid use is governed by Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
Your records
There is no CoatCard cloud copy. Delete a property in the app, or delete the app, to remove app-managed records and images. Export PDF, JSON, CSV, and original label images anytime — including after a subscription ends. See the Privacy Policy.
